Yeah... same title as a month ago when I last posted. But really, I have been knitting! I finished a hat for Bruce:
I also finished the Rasta Cowl - but not a good selfie!
In the meantime, I've also finished some socks.. One is the SKA Mystery Sock (up to clue 3). Tomorrow, we're getting either our final clue or at least the clue to let us finish the foot sans toe.
And a sock from the Hazel Knits KAL (also double dipping with March SKA). Pattern is called Triple Threat. You can view my project page for more details.
And guess what, I kitchenered the toe, just in case I decided to send this to the State Fair!
It's not that bad. Knit Purl Purl Knit... I just need to keep chiming that so I don't lose track.
Yarnwatchers Score: 14 - 2 = 12. I may have received some new yarn. I won't count them until I show them to you!
In the last two days, I've just made plans to travel to Bangkok to see my sisters and their families. My daughter was going to go visit my Mom in Malaysia in July. I have a sister in the Bay Area who is going back at the same time. I have another sister in Malaysia. The other sister is here in Minnesota (I have a total of 3 sisters - I'm the oldest). Then, the two sisters who would be in Malaysia decided to go to Bangkok for a long weekend. Sister in Minnesota decided to go as well. Well, pressure was put on me since it's been 19 years since the 4 of us have been together. So I checked out the plane tickets and told my husband he's going, so we're going. We're also going to Boston in September for a wedding so I hope to meet up with Dianne that week. I hope she brings me to some yarn shop!
