I love weaving in ends! But only for my Mitered Square Blanket. I did try to weave the ends in while starting a new square and I just didn't like the look of it at the back... Anyway, I took some time to weave in the ends. I've been quite obsessed with this blanket lately... maybe it's because I started on the Hexagon blanket and was afraid I'm not putting enough time into this one. Well, in September alone, I've knitted over 20 squares. I started a journal in June, recording which square I knitted - yarn, color, and a tally of how many squares I've knitted.
Yep! 111 squares so far. I'm glad that I can actually fold it up and it's starting to feel like a blanket instead of a scarf!
I'm off to go to my local yarn shop as they reveal some news about Rowan yarn. Yvonne and I decided to see what the commotion is about. And here are the bits and pieces left after the ends were woven in:
